I’ve spent 20 years in the US Marine Corps, 16 in Marine Special Operations (MARSOC), and was a plank owner of 3D Raider BN. Along with my military experience, I hold a Master of Arts in Government from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from Norwich University in Strategy Studies and Defense Analysis.

I’ve been able to travel the world from Wyoming to Central Asia, South Pacific, and the Middle East. My passions are taking my family to wild and free places to hunt, fish, and experience the outdoors. Second, I want to help my Special Operations brethren. We gave up so much while on active duty that the importance of families is more critical than ever. This family is both our immediate family but also our collective SOF family. I seek to build a SOF village with continued support.

Now that I’ve retired, I want to help my tribe of veterans create a village to preserve what is important to us. I will wade through life’s nuance and texture so we can see the beauty of the human environment resting on the natural world. I know daily involvements in life are complicated. My experience has taught me how to wade through the quagmire of policy and contextual shades we call the human experience.

As a Marine Raider (Marine Special Operations), we are selected for above-average ability in Integrity, Effective Intelligence, Physical Ability, Adaptability, Initiative, Determination, Dependability, Teamwork, Interpersonal Skills, and Stress Tolerance. Simply put, I seek to enable better, more robust, and agile teams in any scenery.

About Us

Since 2009, Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation has provided critical support to wounded, ill, or injured U.S. Special Operations Command members and their families. Task Force Dagger’s three core programs — Immediate Needs, Health Initiatives, and Rehabilitative Adaptive Events — quickly help when there’s an emergency, provide next-generation health solutions for issues, and organize events that help SOF members with recovery. As a veteran-operated nonprofit, Task Force Dagger understands the needs and experiences of the Special Operations Forces community. Each program is designed to heal, rebuild, and strengthen the service member and their family by providing mission, purpose, and focus.
