TAMPA, FL – May 2025 – Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation (TFDSOF) proudly closed out SOF Week 2025 with record-breaking results and strengthened ties across the Special Operations community. Throughout the week, TFDSOF led and participated in several high-impact initiatives, all focused on supporting wounded, ill, and injured SOF warriors and their families:
Record-Setting Auction & Raffle
TFDSOF’s annual SOF Auction & Raffle raised $288,000 – the Foundation’s highest total to date. These funds directly support the Foundation-s core programs: Immediate Needs Assistance, Health Initiatives & Education, and Rehabilitative Adaptive Events (RAE).
GSOF Gives Back Grant Recipient
TFDSOF was honored to receive a $7,500 grant through the GSOF Gives Back program, recognizing their continued and growing impact within the SOF community.
Medal of Honor Panel: A Standing-Room-Only Event
Executive Director Matt Parrish moderated a powerful Medal of Honor Panel, featuring firsthand testimonies from decorated recipients. This was one of the most attended and impactful sessions of SOF Week.
WHOOP Partnership Launch
TFDSOF launched an exclusive partnership event with WHOOP, giving away the first 100 WHOOP5.0 devices globally to eligible SOF attendees. The event became one of the most talked-about activations on the convention floor.
Community Engagement
Booth traffic more than doubled from the previous year, with hundreds of attendees engaging with TFDSOF staff, learning about the Foundation’s programs, and supporting through new merchandise offerings.
“The momentum we experienced this year at SOF Week reflects a growing understanding of just how much the SOF community continues to need long-term, relational support,” said Matt Parrish, Executive Director of Task Force Dagger. “We’re honored to stand in that gap—and we’re incredibly grateful to all who stood with us this week.”
Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation proudly supports all branches of U.S. Special Operations Forces and their families by addressing urgent needs, facilitating Rehabilitative Adaptive Events (RAE), and providing innovative health solutions for service-connected challenges.
