Our Founders

In 2009 after nearly 8 years of war, it was clear there were critical gaps in the support of our active and veteran Special Operations service members and their families. CSM Rick Walker had recently retired and witnessed the impacts of these gaps within the Veterans Administration and Tricare to the service members. This enabled him to bring current and relevant knowledge to help shed light on these needs. It was then that Frank Antenori (post 9/11 combat veteran), Rick Walker (post 9/11 combat veteran), Ben Bethke (pre 9/11 combat veteran) and Keith David decided to take action and form the Task Force Dagger Foundation.
