Lieutenant Colonel (retired) Robin B. Foskey spent 23 years in the US Air Force and US Air Force Reserves as an Intelligence Officer, with assignments ranging from fighter squadrons to the Pentagon. She deployed to Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Lt Col Foskey retired from the reserves on 9/11/2016.
Since 2003, Ms. Foskey has worked at the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC), Ft. Bragg, NC. She is currently the J52 Division Chief, Strategic Assessments, in the J5 Plans and Policy Directorate, leading a team of military, civilian, and contractor strategic analysts and military planners. Her division is responsible for providing strategic intelligence focusing on geopolitical changes to the global environment which could impact US Special Operations worldwide mission.
She and her husband Hugh, a retired Special Operations Sergeant Major and 100% disabled veteran, have been married for 16 years and have three fantastic kids between them. The entire family was introduced to Task Force Dagger Special Operations Foundation through a Warrior Care Coalition Symposium in Tampa in 2016 and have been volunteers ever since. In 2019, Ms. Foskey joined the Board of Directors as Treasurer.
