Todd Kelsey is a senior executive in the government contracting sector supporting the US and International clients in the Security, Defense, and Military markets for the past 13 years. Todd is a partner and founder of Aquila International, LLC which provides program support, consulting, and development solutions to government clients, manufacturers, and contractors supporting Special Operations, Law Enforcement, Counter Narcotics, and Border Security missions.
Todd’s previous professional experience in the finance and golf industry instilled a fundamental drive to serve the customer, and the foundation of his government contracting success is built on the same principle. Having no prior experience in the military or government sector prior to 2007, Todd strives to provide customers with a unique level of service and responsiveness. He believes every customer matter and the ultimate success of the customer is based on the commitment and level of service the industry provides.
Todd began working with TFD in 2017 as a marketing and fundraising ambassador and became a member of the Executive Board in 2019.
Todd resides in Virginia with his wife and two daughters and enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and cooking for friends and family.
